ProspectIQ provides business-to-business (B2B) services. Our software is intended for business use only and not for consumers.
To use ProspectIQ services, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription to one of our plans. Account creation and authentication are handled through Supabase.
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ProspectIQ does not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or that the service will be error-free.
Credit card information is not stored within ProspectIQ. All payment processing is securely handled by Dodo Payments. Subscription payments are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
ProspectIQ uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. Users can learn more about Supabase's compliance and security measures on their official website.
ProspectIQ reserves the right to modify these terms, update the software, and change policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All rights to the ProspectIQ software and services are reserved by ProspectIQ. Users are granted a limited license to use the software according to these terms.
ProspectIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
